As far as Feb goes.... Lose 4 lbs... didn't make it.. only lost 2... I could have worked harder to loose the weight, but I am decreasing my March goal Exercise 4 days a week... I think I did this everyweek.. I am pretty excited about achieving this goal Keep Motivated.. well this was about half and half ... i am hopeing…

Quick AFM Post: I lost 1.5 lbs this week :smile: I needed that loss. I have been maintaing for a few weeks now. So it feels good see some movement. I started taking some B-vitamins and I really think they are helping my lack of energy lately or at least having a placebo effect. Either way, I am hoping to back to my normal…

Well I have been absent for awhile and I know that is just hurting my sucess rather than helping it. I would suggest the XBox and spring for the Kinect. It is the motion senosr similar to that of the wii however there is no controller to hold and alot more accurate.
