I haven't made it yet, but my guess is the fact that you don't like diet coke to begin with. Is there a diet soda you like? I was going to do diet dr. pepper seeing as that is the only diet soda I like.

I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every week day. I think this helps and hurts me. I think it helps keep in line on my calories most days, but it also makes me crave unhealthy food alot more.

fiber is only counter active if you don't drink enough water.. otherwise if it is coming from natural sources I wouldn't worry about it :)

i think the majority of my weight loss (not that it is much by any means) so far has been from reducing my calories. I was definatly eating too much and well frankly never exercising. At about this same time in 08.. About Dec to April I lost about 25 lbs. getting around 115.. then I did turbo jam and reduced my calories..…
