Motivation

It took every ounce of motivation and willpower to do my 3.5 mile walk today. In the past, I would have talked myself out of it in a second. Wasn't feeling it today. I sucked it up for three main reasons: 1) had a bad weigh-in this morning, 2) ate a bad breakfast, and 3) won't be able to exercise tomorrow. This shows how much mental progress I've made over the last few months. I knew I would feel better afterwards but that's often not enough. I gave myself a mental motivational speech and I went out and did it! :happy:
