I've never done it. There's always some reason I can't: fever, low iron, travel. I will though. I'd really like to. And I really have no idea what my blood type is so pure curiosity (maybe that's unusual).

Mine is 15 over my current weight. And I know I rounded down by 5-10 pounds when I got it. But then again I was heavier at 16 than now. Just got mine renewed and the guy didn't let me change it...

Thanks for sharing your story! I'm 25 year old med student who has yo-yo-ed her weight up and down a lot. So with my desire to be in the health field I decided I have to actually be able to accomplish what I advocate. Feel free to add me! We can do this! :)

I do wonder though. I bought a scale because I've been horribly inaccurate. Are these foods in grams in the diaries including non-edible portions? like the peel of an orange or a banana? or the seed/skin of an avocado? Like is this the weight of the whole fruit? Or just the section I'm eating...

the only thing I can think of is that horrible throaty snorting noise some people make when they are congested. I'm not talking just sniffles. maybe that's from an ex-coworker. I think she had a septum issue so it may not be her fault.

My HRM shows my own heart rate to be similar. I feel fine even if it says 185 so I've never been too concerned about it. I had a stress test for my job, I figured they would have mentioned it if there was an issue. Not sure if that's the "right" answer or anything...

the comment is rude, but that's awesome you're losing inches. mine was hitting 2 miles running without feeling winded. I've done it before - but I've gotten off the treadmill and felt like I was dying. Yesterday I felt that I may have been able to keep going, but I decided not to push my luck too much.
