NSV This Weekend

What was your non-scale victory this weekend? I hosted a family party, and a cousin I haven't seen since July (who is very skinny himself), asked, "Wow, what are you on the bulemia diet or something? You trying to catch up to me?!" Even though he has a sarcastic sense of humor, I appreciated the compliment. I also tried to wear one of my favorite pencil skirts, and couldn't figure out why I looked so frumpy, until I realized that it really was way too big! Luckily I kept all of my skirts that used to be way too tight! Sometimes when the scale isn't moving much (or is moving a little in the wrong direction), these moments keep me motivated!

the comment is rude, but that's awesome you're losing inches.
mine was hitting 2 miles running without feeling winded. I've done it before - but I've gotten off the treadmill and felt like I was dying. Yesterday I felt that I may have been able to keep going, but I decided not to push my luck too much.0 -
Nice! I'm looking forward to the day when I can run 2 miles on the street without feeling winded!0
