http://soreyfitness.com/fitness/calories-burned/ I saw this. Check it out, see if that helps you figure out how much you burned doing the work out. :)

WOW!!! That's such a beautiful accomplishment. Congrats on your dedication and determination hun. You definitely are proving yourself and others differently. You look wonderful.

I'm always looking through Instagram for motivation, photos of before and afters and healthy choices for foods and a cleaner lifestyle. :) I'm on the same boat. I don't really post things that are health & fitness on mine, but I am a fanatic with those that are all about fitness! I'm always looking for ideas and help.

Ahhh you and I both hun! I'm one inch shorter than you. Hehe. Good luck on your journey to losing the 80#!! It's a slow start for me due to my cesarean that I had 3 weeks ago. I'm too darn anxious to start doing some hardcore cardio and weight lifting! :)

Same here buddy! No one really has the goals I have in this house or even my friends. I'm the "fat" friend.

You look great before AND after. Love how big of a difference 40# makes. I hope to reach a goal to where I can show off photos like this. Great job hun. You look fabulous!

AWESOME! I hope to do the Spartan Race here in Hawaii after reaching my ultimate goal weight! You've done so well. Congrats!

I'm right in there with you. Started this program on March 20 at 234 pounds. Today I weigh 208 pounds. I'm really, really wanting to be at 170, but I'm sure by the time I get there I'll most likely want to go down to 150 pounds.

Good luck and keep us all posted!! How exciting!:flowerforyou:

Ohhh me, too. HAHA. And I agree with you, too, about death sentences for those mentioned crimes.

I enjoyed this website about the Paleo Diet. In case anyone is interested. I'm ALMOST tempted to give the Paleo Diet a try, but I love my dairy. Soooo I don't know if I could give that up. http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2010/10/04/the-beginners-guide-to-the-paleo-diet/

Smart 1st response. Even SMARTER 2nd response. You're awesome!
-
Nicely put and I highly agree with you.

I have had guys say that I'm a great/nice person but not their type. Haha. I guess they don't like great or nice. Naaaw it's because I'm fat. But it's cool. I mean I have preferences, so it's alright. No scars given.

:) I can feel the excitment you felt with your own NSV. Yay! Strength is not something most skinny folks have, unless they are nicely toned and skinny. I bust my butt on the elliptical trainer and I always catch the skinny girls peeking over to see where I'm at (level wise) and I happen to PEEK right back and they are…

Nice. Thanks for sharing!

You are so right on with how you responded. I feel the same way. I don't take it to the heart when I saw these, but I can imagine how others would. Maybe 2 - 3 years ago, these ads would have made me felt ashamed, maybe disgusted with myself. I still have those moments, especially around skinny folks. I imagine the things…

Our anniversary is on HIS birthday. I get jipped. Haha. Actually we do things as a couple, like we're celebrating our anniversary, but he's just lucky he gets a BDay cake and gifts.

This is awesome! Noooo, YOU are awesome! Great work man. Inspirational.
-
That's a GOOD thing though. I do that, too. Bought skinnycow ice cream 4 days ago and still haven't touched it. Tempted to, but I hate knowing I'll be putting empty calories in my body. Bleeeh.

HEEEEEELLO FED FIRE STATION RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD!

DAAAAMN! That's what's up!!! You are KILLING it. So happy for you. =) I need to learn MORE about this macronutrient biz...

GREAT answer!
-
Ooh need to try this. Thanks for the idea.

I'm loving the knowledge you're spitting. (taking notes as we speak) I've always been damn confused about this TDEE thing and BMR. I really, sadly, honestly, just don't get it.

Started at 230 back on March 20. As of today April 28, I'm stuck at 216. I am just DYING to break the barrier and reach 200 pounds. It's frustrating, mostly because I'm impatient. Hoping I'll be in the 100's by the time August 27th comes (my bday). Crossing fingers.
