7 months and 12 days have gone by. 131 pounds lost. Every one of those days in a row using MFP. 31 more pounds to lose. from size 50 inch waist to 34. Im 5 ft 11 tall. From 4X shirts to size large. The journey continues. Thanks to all the supporters here.
