THANKYOU! So our daughters are similar in size. I give her two 8 oz skim milks a day, and no juice, all water otherwise she would want juice ALL day lol She loves it. I give it to her when she is sick of course because she doesn't eat well with a sore throat. I appreciate the advice, and good luck to you also!

Turkey is your friend! I plan to load up on turkey and any other veggies available, squash, peas, whatever. Skip the rolls and pies and you will do just fine! Have a low calorie day before and after thanksgiving to even it out and try not to stress too much :) Lauren

Good luck! I'm sure you'll do great. My husband did a two week one and then stopped because he was getting dizzy and having light headed spells, so be careful! Make sure to be doctor supervised, because I think this can be dangerous if not done correctly. That being said, best of luck to you on all your goals! Lauren

Once your stomah shrinks it gets a lot easier. Try obsessing about getting in half your body weight in oz of water instead. Like for a 220 lb person, they should have 110 oz water. Lots of water helps me from being hungry. Good luck :) Lauren

Awesome charity! I'm waitin on bobby to have his nap and then I'll be doing my workout. I couldn't run yesterday, so I think today I'm going to actually turn the treadmill down during the running and slow jog. I know I can jog in place, so why not a slow jog right?
