About a year ago I would just add heaps of mayo, but those days are long gone lol! So, any suggestions on what to add to make it tasty & creamy? TIA!

I use low fat Italian salad dressing or a little olive oil with basalmic vinegar and some spices

2 tablespoons of miracle whip free to a can of tuna. It's only 15 cals a tablespoon, and you'll find that you don't need as much mayo as you think u do lol

Tuna, capers, lemon juice, chopped purple onions, salt, pepper, 1 hard boiled egg, chopped parsley and a spoonful of Créme Fraiche. Blend in blender. EAT.

And skip the Créme Fraiche if you really want it to be very low fat and low calorie. But the taste and texture won't be the same - for me, 50 calories are just not worth it to lose food quality.

Olive oil mayo is very light in cals and carbs. I also add dill (or sweet/Splenda ) pickle relish, celery, cayenne red pepper, mustard- yum, sounds like lunch

I gotsta have mayo with my tuna, it's non-negotiable to me, haha. Except now I use olive oil mayo and only half a tablespoon instead of 2 or 3.

Although sometimes I'll make chicken salad and use an avocado instead of mayo. Not exactly low cal/fat, but tasty and still healthy.
