Thanks for posting these steps cause I definitely could NOT figure it out!... This process seems really NOT user friendly. So sad to see MFP go this route. Does this mean we need to search up each individual friend to see their progress? Let's be honest, that won't be happening :/

It's airline travel, but all domestic (in Canada). I just live really northern so I have to first fly into a major city, and then I will have 11hr in the city before my flight across the country. Fruits and veggies should be fine but I know dressings will be out as they would count as liquid.

Calorie goal (&requirements) depend on alot of factors such as height, weight, age, & activity level. Personally I use "Scooby's Calorie Calculator" (search on Google and put in your info) and then I put that recommended amount into MFP.
