Thank you for your replies. I'm in Australia so we are actually moving into summer and I get quiet a bit of sunshine. I pulled out my D supplements this morning though, to see if they might make a difference. I also don't drink coffee, I could try cutting back on the tea.

The deadlifts in Pump are Romanian Deadlifts. IMO although Pump gives you some good basics for lifting bench and squats, there is a lot more to learn to shift to Olypmic bars and lifting heavier.

Was weight watchers working for you? Is so depending I on what your pro points allowance was you could count 1200 cals and not count your veges and fruit

I moved to Nia Shanks (S) hero program after SL, I dont think my back could continue to cope with squatting 3 x a week (a disc likes to give me ****) Im really enjoying the change.

They do, the 1200 cals comes from users choosing the highest weightloss per week goal, which is both unrealistic and unsustainable.
