    Before photo was not flexed, no pump, poor lighting...
    After photo was with flex, pump and good lighting and 9kg lighter.... ;)

    I did not gain any muscle, its all an illusion. When we get shredded we always look bigger than we are appear like we gained muscle. My arms went from 15" to 14.25" :(

    I also realize you can't stay at this low BF%. So, where do you go from here? Will you continue to bulk/cut or do you plan to find a comfortable % to hang out around?
