  • Haven't used endomondo, but do have a free app on my phone called cardio trainer, it's free very easy to use you can select various activities ie walking, cycling etc and it will track where you hav gone, your average speed, distance covered, time, calories burned, and its quite bang on as I wore my hrm at the same time to…
  • 1/2 a jar of Weight watchers korma cooking sauce, mushrooms, 1/2 a bag (150g) of, quorn chicken style pieces, with either small portion rice or less than 5 percent fat oven chips and a slice of reduced fat garlic bread. Heaven.:drinker:
  • Also measure your body fat, just because you are not losing weight you could still be burning body fat, I track mine on a regular basis.
  • You need to eat back your exercise calories.
  • Hi there, MFP is fab, feel free to add me, I log on every day and leave my diary open for viewing. Good luck.
  • Well said, as long as you log it and your in your allowances, then I'm having it.
  • Loving the posts regarding peeps exercising so that they can eat the foods they like. Yeh, that s what I call a balanced, healthy eating lifestyle. I exercise to earn my beer calories. And yes I exercise, drink beer and still lose weight.
  • Seriously a whole 4 page thread on moaning about what people constitute good enough to log as exercise calories. 1. It comes up in the MFP database for a reason. 2. If I'm gonna do a bigger clean than normal then hell yes I'm gonna use my heart rate monitor to see my calorie burn, the other day I put more effort in, put my…

  • I'm sorry I only got to the 2nd sentence of your 2nd paragraph, and I already dislike him, how dare he treat you like that, I wouldn't normally say this but eff him off, he should love all of you, not make you feel crappy about your weight, ooh I'm sorry but I have a strong dislike for him and don't even know the guy.
  • Again, not trying to replace nutrition and exercise.
  • Not asking for sarcasm, I'm asking for genuine opinions, I'm not trying to find a weight loss potion I've lost 19lbs, I'm trying to find a good health benefits supplement and have read medical advice that because evening primrose oil contains GLA which activates omega 6 an essential fatty acid, I thought this would be a…
  • Ok, so even if it isn't proven to health weight loss I have read that it is a proven good health supplement and has good health benefits because it contains omega 6, an essential fatty acid, which your body needs but can't produce.
  • Its contains GLA which is suppose to trigger fat burning instead of fat storage.
  • Stupid question did you make an error when entering your starting weight?

  • I disagree and agree with this, cardio burns a lot of calories but so can weightlifting, for example if you do a bodypump class you will burn a lot of calories to help reduce your weight and dependant on your fitness level and how overweight you are, you may not be able to burn as many through cardio. But obviously this is…
  • Weightlifting is still good when you have a lot of weight to loose, as the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns also the afterburn for the calories your body continues to burn after weightlifting is higher than after cardio.
  • this is where you have for example your 1200 cals or higher if exercising, then the next day you only have 700 cals, ie Monday 1200, Tuesday 700, Wednesday 1200, Thursday 700 etc, so your overall calorie intake for the week is greatly reduced so you lose more weight, and even though you are having 700 cals which is a big…
  • Lincoln, England.
  • I agree with this, your calorie burn being higher after you work out, would suggest your hrm isn't working correctly, you burn more calories when your heart rate increases and maintains the increased rate, I also have the polar ft4 and love it.
  • my fave is martini and a diet mixer as you can have 28ml for 32calories plus martini doesn't have sugar ( I have made the mistake of having 2.5 bottles of fruity cider and the sugar in it was that high it sent me over my days allowance, won't be doing that again).
  • He either trusts you or he doesn't - simple, you need to question whether you want to enter into a marriage if he doesn't trust you. Also plenty of females have a male trainer they are good at what they do. I suspect your fiancée may have been cheated on in the past so has some insecure issues he needs to work on.
  • Ha haa, love it. You could just google the pics and search reviews, basically all smartphones are similar you need to look for a phone which has the specs you want ie, what operating system is it running as it got 4g capability, what processor has it got, how much ram as it got, it's rather a specific thing what you like…

  • Super easy tomato soup, 1 x can chopped tomatoes 1 x can baked beans (I use smart price as well for both) Add any season if you wish. Bring to the boil, then simmer. Mix to a smooth consistency with blender. :drinker:
