Thank you for sharing, polishing halo right now :)

Nothing to worry about hun, these things will happen along the way from time to time. Best thing to do is to recognise that you have done it, put your hands up - guilty as charged - and then just get right back on your plan and move on. Everyone has a blow out now and again, even the so called normal slim people, thing is,…

Hey another Britt :flowerforyou: , hope you have lots of fun here and achieve your goals. Good luck.

Thanks for sharing, I've not heard of this diet before.

A study by Cornell University 2011 (as printed in Healthy food guide April 2011) found that just planning a workout can make you eat up to 50% more The study found that the mere thought of excersise makes us feel so virtuous we scoff more indulgent food - before we have so much as set foot in the gym!

Ahhhhhhhhhh I see now, he's only 27 bless, what do you expect :) Shoulders back hun, chin up, clench fist and swing in direction of his chin or lower if you so wish to make your point.

Awe hun, comming at it from another angle, maybe he is trying to get you so mad that your determination to prove him wrong will overtake you.Rise above it babes, its better if he does support you for your sake, BUT if you want to loose the weight that badly you will do it with or without him. Put yourself first and do what…

I don't have any problems sleeping normally but must admit that the nights I have "good sleep" and plenty of it, I fare better the next day at being in control of my eating. If I am tired, then forget it, no matter how hard I try I just want to eat and eat when I am overtired. So based on my experience - sleep definately…

Thank you, I would never have thought of roasting them in the oven, so will try that Sunday, and Linda, thanks for tip on the sauce, would a sachet be enough for 5 people?

Just wanted to say congratulations on your achievement and hope you get to grips with the maintenance part, to keep your new shape.:flowerforyou:

Looks good to me hun, and the way you have spaced them out should keep your metabolism working at its optimum level.

Hi hun, Maybe your just not used to putting yourself first and see it as something you feel guilty about, hence the pressure. You are the important one and if doing what you are doing is keeping you on the straight and narrow (which presumably you want to), then just ditch the stress, you don't need to feel that way. Enjoy…

I'm giving up talking to hubby, bliss - and for him lol. I'm not giving anything in the food line up this year as eating healthy is enough without giving any of it up.

Little bit of chicken lots of vegetalbes in a curry with brown rice and a teaspoon of pickle.
-
More than that hun LOL

I think you will find a lot will have to do with the elasticity of your skin as to the results you have. Try the weights for a while and do some toning exercises but failing that I think it will be having it surgically removed or putting up with it. It's a sad fact of weight loss for some of us. I am a firm believer…

Only weigh once a week, same day, same time of day and wearing the same clothes if possible, As for the inch loss, are you working out? that may make a difference. Congratulations on your success so far you are doing brilliantly.

Proper Tupperware I find is pretty good for most things, but I use a flask for soups etc or an old pop bottle for liquid things that can be reheated on site. Always play it safe though and put it in a plastic bag to make sure or until you are confident.

Enjoy those lumpy, bumpy boney bits.

Hi, Thanks for saying hello and wanting to get involved. I think it a good idea to put your cards on the table and make it public as once you get friends behind you they are all there to keep you motivated and giving the encouragement we all need. Good luck to you and hope you find being out in MFP land gives you the…

Thank you so much.

I do cross stich and that keeps me occupied for hours once I start it, time just flys by. You could have a go at making a small cross stich for either your baby or your hubby- say a birthday card for his next birthday or anniversary etc. What ever you do - enjoy it.

We are all on the same side and working towards similar goals, to be slimmer, fitter and healthier. I agree we should all be supportive and help each other, BUT,..............If peeps want to disagree with something or offer advice, maybe just think a little about how its voiced before posting. It may help alleviate a…

Hi, I agree with Mfredo, use the time to change yourself for the better and give him a big surprise when he gets back. Think positive and you will get there.
