I had trouble with my charge months ago, and no that was not an option. they would only replace with the same product.

Eat all the food Sagi tells you to. The scale will go up during your bulk. It will go down during your cut. Trust the process.
-
What is your primary goal? Fat loss?
-
No actually I've never eaten it. I was just giving it as a possible example of a food to give up since the OP was looking for some.

touché.

Lard. Don't eat lard or spam anymore. Other than that, just fit within your calorie and macro goals if you can, and move more than you do currently.
-
First thoughts, lots of processed/on the go foods. Hard to know without weighing your exact intake if these calorie and macro counts are correct. Is it possible for you to meal plan in advance and bring your own meals and snacks to work/school/wherever you are headed to? Secondly, but really goes along with the first,…

Salsa chicken is one of my favorites. Put chicken breasts in a crockpot with a jar of your favorite salsa, cook on low 3-4 hours til easily shredded. Serve 1/2 cup chicken with 1/4 black beans and 1/4 cup rice or grain of your choice. Add 1/8c or less of shredded cheese and top with avocado slices and more salsa if desired.

^This. I am almost 11 months post partum and have yet to have a period. That was supposed to quote the post above about women and pp hormones/not having a period.

Salsa chicken cooked in the crockpot all day, black beans and brown rice.

Butter, bacon, milk, truth be told, I don't like anything that's low fat.

Joseph Mercola helped my brother tremendously in the 90s with his Autism, however, the majority of what the dude suggests is flipping rubbish.

Goal of 1750 calories a day, 40 carbs, 30 fat, 30 protein.

I eat anytime if I'm hungry. I'm pretty sure if I went to France my body wouldn't know the time change difference and turn all of my food into fat.
-
Ironically, its not their independence day. It's the celebration of them winning the battle of Puebla against the French.
-
mine too.

Eat a reasonable amount of calories, throughout the day as you choose, and exercise regularly. Timing doesn't necessarily come into play. You know your body, when are you hungriest? Don't skip meals, but allocate your calories as you choose.

I would get down on a maple bacon donut right now.

If I wanted myself or my child to drink water, we would. 2% at the very lowest, but whole is where its at for us.
-
I only count straight water as water. I don't personally count any other fluids into that equation.

I ate maintenance my first trimester, +150 my second and +300 my third. I gained 25 lbs total, but did start the pregnancy overweight. I also retained water and got pre-e :-/. But I was 10 lbs above pre pregnancy weight a week after delivery, and +5 within 2 weeks. It's definitely not eating for two.
-
That sounds delicious.

I have a goal of 1800 calories daily. I try to devote around 500 to each meal, and leave room for a few lower calorie snacks in the 100 cal range each or what have you. I can't imagine eating only 100-200 calories in the morning, I'd be ravenous by 10am.
