I have my flex set as being worn on my non dominant hand. I have watched it as I type and it does not count my hand movements as steps. I'm not sure if this is a new fix or not. I have changed the setting to dominant hand, same thing. The step counter does not count hand motions as steps with my device. Same with my sons.…

You could also try dividing your calories more evenly throughout the day. It seems as if you are eating the bulk of your calories at breakfast, leaving little for the rest of the day when your calorie goal is in the lower range for the day. :)

Protein powders are an excellent way to supplement your protein intake. I use Cellucor. The cake batter and molten chocolate are very tasty! This brand does have artificial sweeteners, but I am fine with that. They are low carb and 130 calories per scoop. I mix them with unsweetened almond milk. :)

I'm not a fan. I like QDoba a little better, and I can do without it as well. I like my homemade burrito bowls better..and I can weigh and calculate the calories for my own much better.

I concur. Over supplementation with K+ can be very dangerous. Normal serum K+ is 3.5 - 4.5 with some small variance depending on the lab reference values. I tried a sample of the chocolate and it was so chalky and flavorless. Bleh. Couldn't get it down. Not to mention at over $100.00 per bag who can afford it? I regularly buy a 3lb container of protein powder that tastes really good for $30.00. from my GNC or the grocery store. No thanks. I'll pass on the Shakeology.

I usually don't drink tea...just have never like it. However, I use a Tazo sweet orange and a passionfruit tea bag in a mug of hot water with some Truvia and it is really good! You can also put it over ice after it has brewed if you aren't in the mood for a hot beverage.

I will drink some water. If that doesn't do the job, I will eat something small, around 200 calories and higher in protein/fat. If it puts me over my calories for the day, I will add those calories to the next day. Not ideal, but keeps me on track.
