Well this explains why the older someone is, the bigger and stronger their legs are and the better their cardiovascular fitness.

So it's a near certainty that one would know people at opposite extremes.

I would just tell them that some men like little boys, are they going to try to be a little boy too?

Nope, because rel="nofollow"

So if I consume 57 g of protein a day my kidneys will explode next week?

There's this revolutionary new idea in business called "hiring employees and paying them to do a job." I suspect it would produce better results than panhandling for labor.

I'm rather disgusted by a for-profit business asking its customers to generate profit on their own personal time.

I never get why everyone ignores the fact that they can be off in both directions. People assume every inaccuracy is an underestimate. So unless there is some compelling reason to believe that a significant majority of food labels are all too low, you can expect the variations to even out in the long term.

The deoxyribose in your DNA is a carbohydrate. Your body needs carbohydrates to exist, let alone function. Ketogenic diets also increase the risk of kidney stones and gout.

I think you should try a few times at the end of the day anyway. Give it 5 minutes and if you're still feeling exhausted 5 minutes in then you can stop the workout. (For me at the end of one of those days there's usually a hidden supply of energy that suddenly becomes available when I start working out.)

Your blood glucose level is not zero. If it were you would be dead.

And BTW you do need carbs to survive. If you lowered your blood glucose too much, you would go into a coma and die.

Please show me where I said you recommended that people eat no carbs? I never did. Then your correcting someone is entirely irrelevant and serves no purpose in this thread. How is that different from correcting someone's grammar?

Took me about a month IIRC, but I had some cardio conditioning from other activities like biking so a lot of it was learning what speed I could sustain and improving the needed muscles.

You don't need fingernails either. So what? It doesn't mean we should form a no-fingernail group and use it as a launching pad to flood the forums with posts telling people they should try to live without fingernails.

People who do not have the self-discipline to go to work every day or earn a living for themselves do not deserve to be rich or successful.

Oh come on, stop being such a slacker and choose for me to want this!

You can get them at GNC for $25 with a membership and they send out "$5 off $20" coupons all the time, so you shouldn't have to pay more than $1.66 for them ($20 a box.)

You think that's bad? I went to a doctor to get help with a hernia and he CUT ME OPEN WITH A KNIFE!

I watched Mythbusters try to blow a 51 foot boat out of the water with 1000 pounds of explosives. I'm going to try this myself because TV is a way to show you things you should do yourself at home.

That's a stupid saying because it's only applicable if all you care about is the next 5 minutes. It's not reasonable for the vast majority of people to expect to be able to avoid temptation for the rest of your life. In the long term it is easier to learn how to deal with these situations and "resistance" becomes much…

Just because you don't have a TARDIS doesn't mean it's safe to project this shortcoming on everyone else.

No, you are the one who made a claim. How about being specific? Even if what you said is true, how is what you said anything but totally vague and unhelpful? Which specific foods or ingredients are you claiming people should be avoiding or eating in order to prevent cancer? What are your claims based on? That people know…
