I mix mine with milk and fruit and honey, sooo good! usually replaces a meal or snack for me. I only have them once a day.

I have the same issue with my knees. Get a knee brace or two, wear that when the pain is bad. Tiger balm works and so does just a good old ice pack. You don't want to push yourself so your knees are insanely hurting, but the more you work them, the better it gets.

EVERYTHING! I've never been unhappy with anything there! I love Trader Joe's and shop there all the time!

listen to your body and do the modifications. I have bad knees, I always do modifications for lunges and some of the squats. If it's hurts too bad, take a break or stop altogether.

I tried the open relationship thing once, did not work out and ended ugly. But one of my best friend's is in an open marriage, and they're both very happy with the arrangement. So, I guess it depends on the couple and how they truly feel about it.

Once every two weeks. It stresses me out too much to do it everyday because of the fluctuations and I never remember to do it every week, so every two weeks. Plus, doing it less often, I see bigger results which motivates me more :)

My goal weight is 115, I was 16/17, held that weight till I was 19, So at least 8 years ago.

I usually get out of work at 9 and sometimes, that's the only time I can exercise, so no, i don't always eat back those calories if that's when I exercise. Last thing I log is usually an exercise then I go to bed.

fruity protein shakes and lots of exercise, the more you exercise, the more you can eat. I'm never hungry anymore :)
