I have used Billy Banks 12min workout, and when I find it again I will start using it again. Loved it and my daughter did it with me. I now have The Firm, gonna start that soon too. Cant wait.

I believe that should just be counted as your daily activity, not your exercise because its at such a low rate. Its more maintaining your activity level.

I was told, by a professional, lose fat for a while before you start lifting/using weights. Even tho muscle helps burn fat, you want to lose weight and fat before bulking up.

YES! Especially when its hot, I dont want to eat. Then, the sun goes down, the kids are settling down, and its like the munchies from hell set in. I have started popping my own popcorn and using sprinkle butter. My 3yr old loves to unwind with popcorn and tv with mommy, so we have a healthy snack and tv/downtime together.…
