25 and starting over after falling off track, and pretty hopeful I can make it last this time. :) I have about 60-75 to lose.

I ran Tinker Bell last year and I'm all signed up this year. :) Disney puts on such fun races, you'll love it.
-
I log it as circuit training as well, but half the estimated calorie burn.

Only if it's a newer one. I have the iPad 2 and it won't sync because it has an older version of Bluetooth.

I'd set it to sedentary.

I have the same fee, love Anytime Fitness. :) I also used to pay around $20 for a Crunch membership with classes/multiple locations; and $10 one location/no classes, but I switched because it was too crowded and not as clean.

I say thank you but I'm my worst critic. So if it's something I've accomplished, I'm flattered but in my head I can't help but point out all of the things I could've done better.

When I was in high school I won a cute lamp in a Seventeen Magazine giveaway.

Maybe you could replace the fruit with a new batch after a few hours, or add less water?

True Blood hasn't been good since season 4, but I kept watching just to see how it'd turn out. I wasn't a fan of the Hep V plot. I wish Willa had a bigger role this season beyond the Lettie Maestoryline. I didn't mind that Bill and Sookie didn't end up together, but Bill's reason for dying didn't make sense. With or…

This. Also, the shakes are pretty low calorie, under 300 calories I believe. I tried one once, it tasted good but it didn't really fill me up. If you want shakes, save money and make them at home with protein powder.

I don't have an answer, but it's probably related to her diet.. you should tell her to seek help. http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1575987-eating-disorder-resources

Everytime you move the scale you should recalibrate it by stepping on and off it quickly, and that should help make the numbers more consistent. Some scales will say C after that to let you know it worked.

I've never thrown up after a workout, but I usually don't push myself past my limits. My first intense workout that I remember, I was still really sore four days later, having trouble sitting, walking down stairs, etc. That was with only basic exercises like lunges with light weights, but that was the sorest I've ever been.

I would love to wear one when I get closer to my goal weight. I don't really like any of the ones above, but I think they're cute when they're more simple, like this:

I track using an app on my phone. When I don't, I forget to drink and end up having only 2-3 cups of water in a day.

I'm in LA county :)

There are too many factors that can affect how much you burn while strength training. Some people argue that it doesn't burn very many calories at all and don't log it.
-
You shouldn't worry about starvation mode but get as many calories as possible so that you heal faster. I had jaw surgery a few years ago and I was banded shut for 2 weeks, didn't have much of an appetite and lost a lot of weight. Then all of a sudden when I went on a soft food diet I was ravenous. I gained about five…

Sometimes, but I'm an A cup and most of my bras don't have underwires.

I've had a personal trainer before and it's great if you're new to exercise or you need help with form for strength training. Not all of them are good, so shop around and make sure they know what your goals are. If you're just looking for someone to keep you accountable for showing up at the gym, it works but it's kind of…

I would just enjoy myself, keep note of what I'm having and log it later using similar items in the database. Eat slowly, drink lots of water and stop before I'm stuffed. And if I'm still hungry at dinner, a light meal or snack. I wouldn't weigh myself the next day. Going over my calories isn't a problem unless I make a…

They're only meant to be used during exercise, and the calorie burns for an entire day would be overestimated.
-
If you're only doing cardio and you don't feel really sore the next day, I think it should be fine. But it won't be the end of the world if you take a rest day. Just pay attention to how you're feeling and take a day off or lower your intensity on some days if you need to.

My Inov-8 minimalist shoes. They're pricey but I can't imagine going back to regular sneakers now. Under $30, my Blender Bottle. I have a fitbit and HRM too, but those I could do without.

Only your doctor can diagnose you, but you can learn more about skin cancer and find pictures here: http://www.skincancer.org/skin-cancer-information
-
If you're not doing a step based activity, log it either here or on fitbit manually with the start and stop times because the tracker won't be able to estimate calories for those. Anything you input on MFP will be synced with fitbit.

Eating past a certain hour doesn't prevent weight loss as long as you eat less than you burn. Do you have breaks in between classes where you can have a snack if you're hungry? Eat foods that are high in fiber, fat or protein to keep you more full. Also, if you're under 18, you might find this site more helpful:…
