I have mine set to lose half a lb a week and MFP says I should be eating over 2300 calories a day. I find I average anywhere from 1500-1800 a day and I see pretty good results.

Did you have the surgery laparoscopically? I did have some swelling afterwards, simply because you have to remember you had instruments inside of you, pulling and tugging and whatnot. I wouldn't be concerned right now.

I'm the same way. I actually like seeing how my body reacts to certain foods. It's also my own personal constant reminder to keep working hard.

I had my gallbladder removed a year and a half ago. First, I never felt better since having it taken out. I no longer have that pit in my stomach. Second, I'll echo what other posters have said : be wary of high fat foods. Since the gallbladder aids in digestion of fats, and you're removing it, you may have issues.…

I think Greek Yogurt tastes absolutely terrible. I don't care what you add in to or, or who you're trying to fool using it as "sour cream" - it tastes TERRIBLE. There. I said it. *WHEW* I would have done the same!

Why pay the money? I love the idea of veggies as a snack - but you can do the same thing for WAY cheaper than their boxed version.

LOVE their Mahi-mahi burgers. I always buy those, the $.19/lb bananas (best price ever!), they have a white fish with pesto and veggies that's a great dinner, turkey burgers, hummus..... I'm going to have to try their seaweed snacks!

I would suggest going to a professional and getting a fit done. You may need a specialty size. I know Macy's has fit specialists.

I'm a huge yoga fan. I have been able to stretch better, run more, have better balance, and so much more - because of yoga. It's very refreshing, and a great addition to my weekly routine.

Bake thin-sliced chicken with pesto on top at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Add (a small amount) fresh mozzarella on top and pop back in the oven for a few more minutes. Best sides - fresh steamed broccoli and cauliflower! Low cal and flavorful!
