That doesn't seem unreasonable at all. Going out to dinner at a mid range should set up back $24 and you would be limited in your food choices but not so much with a buffet spread

I always find it hard to ask people about running shoes. Never a straight up anwer. This shoe or that shoe. It's always get a gait analysis done first

Normally I will lift first then cardio however today I did a 30minute treadmill run first then did squats and it felt light and easy. Can't really explain it .
