What was your workout routine and how about calorie intake?

I was doing a 4 day on 1 day off split. Day 1 (shoulders and arms), day 2 (Legs), day 3 (Back), Day 4 (Chest). Also did prescribed cardio sessions that gradually increased as the weeks went by. Week 1 was 2 300 calorie cardio sessions a week. And by week 24 I was doing 6 300 calorie cardio sessions a week.

My calories started at 2,800 in week 1 and every 3 - 6 weeks I would lower them depending on my progress. Got down to 1,800 the last couple weeks.

Why are you hiding your stomach?

Because I was hungry. Haha. No real reason, just happened to stand like that taking the picture.
