I agree with what other people said; sugar is worse.

That's been my experience. My weight loss stalls if I eat my exercise calories back.

I am totally with you! I love my drinks. AT this point it's not stalling my weight loss because if I'm going to drink, I cut back on calories that day or work out more. I love wine, which is pretty low calorie already and if I'm going out I always have vodka and club soda. Another good one that's the same calories but a…

When I really feel like having something at night I have hot tea or hot chocolate instead. I think having something liquid is better for digestion at night and tea is calorie free! You can also get low cal (25 calories) hot chocolate. You will definitely feel full afterwards

I would rather not eat eggs than eat only egg whites. All the flavor is in the yolk. Yes, so is all the calories and cholesterol but who cares? 2 eggs is only about 150 calories and if you're eating healthy the rest of the day you shouldn't really worry about the cholesterol.

Hey I sent you a request :) I'm a vegetarian too and I was a vegan for most of last year. I wouldn't recommend it. My hair starting falling out by the handful and I got really pale. People were worried about me. I did everything I could to get enough protein. Ate lots of tofu, nuts, seeds, etc and nothing worked. It works…

I usually have nonfat greek yogurt with fruit or half of a sprouted wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese

For me personally I stay away from them. I think they are good for you in the sense that they have a lot of great health benefits but they're not really good for dieters. I find that it's hard to control my portions of them. Especially if they're salted! I have peanut butter once or twice a week but that's it as far as…

I rarely eat cereal but when I do it's usually bran flakes with almond milk. Low sugar, high fiber.

I work at a desk job too. I notice most of the time that I feel like snacking, I'm not actually hungry. Just bored. Try drinking Zevia soda. It's a zero calorie soda sweetened with Stevia so it's all natural. That always does the trick for me. You can find it at Whole Foods.

I always get vegetable fajitas (ask for them to go light on oil) and corn tortillas (much better for you than flour) and a side of guacamole to go on top. It's really good and probably one of the lowest calorie things on a Mexican restaurant's menu.

Peanut butter and bananas! Sooo good. Also, I'm pretty sure Sara Lee makes a 40 calorie bread but I wouldn't recommend it because it won't keep you full. I always eat Ezekiel sprouted wheat bread. 80 calories and very filling.
