Its supposed to be hard! My head is usually sweaty at the end of the 45 minutes. I am also working the ring around the middle and since I have dropped about 15 lbs its definitely shrunk a lot. Still can't see the 6 pack but its real close now. I burn most of my calories either in spin class or the treadmill. And really…

I ended up just getting a stainless frying pan and I stir fry in that using extra virgin olive oil and whatever veggies I have on hand and meat, have a smallish one for just me and a bigger one for company

There is a Chipotle Grill :) One place I ate was Morels French Steakhouse at the Palazzo. Small portions and high prices but it was an experience! Some good seafood buffets around.

In the local Pilates session, we do crunches, leg lifts, but lifts, side crunches, planks, swimming and varieties of those but we don't do full situps because it puts a lot of pressure on the back.

I feel like the more often I go to the gym, the more of an investment I have made. Over time I feel like I am wasting my invested time and energy if I DON'T go. That's my philosophy anyway :)

I stir fry it in olive oil with bok choy, green onion, broccoli or whatever veggies I have on hand and some frozen cooked shrimp, usually garlic, kikkoman soy sauce and maybe ginger for flavor.

greasy breakfast sausage I still like sweet cereals once in a while in the wee hours but usually buy a little more healthy cereal like oats & more or something that is still tasty but somewhat healthier.

the dog would love it ;) I remember once I crisped up a whole grill full of chicken breasts and the dogs got the whole pile. They were so happy.

I think I would toss the chicken to be safe. Otherwise you will be worrying about it?

When I am over 170 I am sucking wind so hard that I have to back off a little after 10-15 minutes. That's pretty good that you can keep it up for an hour! A guy at my gym that has a degree in this stuff says that I have to back off to 120-140 for fat burning I have a hard time with that concept :)

I always have to try on a bunch of different ones and find the ones where the arch is in the correct spot and the width feels right. Been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for the last couple years.

You could measure it on the treadmill at the gym to get an idea how fast you are moving your legs to make say a 4mph walk, which is moving pretty good!

So what sort of pace does everyone try to set when then are doing elliptical? Last night I had it set on level 9 and it was somewhat of a struggle to keep it in the 50s. I suppose some of you may try to keep it over 60 strides per minute?

I think its great! My body lets me know when I need a break, I work out 5-6 days a week. I do something different every day, today will be Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu, tomorrow eve I will go to the gym and do stairmill and Saturday start my weekly weight training cycle with chest and some cardio, Sunday back weights and maybe…

The Pilates class at my gym is a killer ab workout among other things, I would hate to ever give that particular class up.

I bought a Red Baron box pizza a couple weeks ago and ate damn near the whole thing, then looked up the calories and it was 1400, amazed how much calories are in pizza, and that was before the 8oz bag of mozzarella I dumped on top of it!

I buy bags of frozen berries and throw some of them in the blender with unflavored protein and a banana and some ice cubes and a little water for a healthy high-protein smoothie

search on running or walking and there are different miles per hour that come up, like I will do 15 minutes on the treadmill at 5mph so I put running (jogging) 15 minutes at 5 mph then I usually do running (jogging) 6mph 30 minutes or something like that
