My confession is that I lost 105lbs. I was starving myself burning 1000-1200 calories while having a net calorie intake of 200-400. Yeah, not good. I love the fact that people who start eating "healthy food" think they that is going to make them lose weight automatically. OP - You can gain on "healthy food" just like you can with what 99.9% of MFP call junk. Food is food.

I eat carbs after 7:00pm and just before bedtime nightly. Is this suppose to effect me? It is not by any means.

@SarahMS79: I eat what you call junk food. Chips, Ice Cream, Cerea, fast food and I have lost 77lbs. So do I need to stop eating total crap?

I eat 170+ grams of protein daily and it is not a problem for me. I'm losing weight without any problems.
