Curd with milk, cereals and fruits for breakfast.
Curd cheese sandwiches sometimes with turkey or chicken cold cuts for lunch and as snacks.
Tuna, salmon, chicken or turkey accompanied by rice, bulgur or potatoes and loads of vegetables (tomatos, zucchini, bell peppers, onions &c) for dinner.
200g of protein are possible without a problem, 250g with protein shakes on training days (3/week).

Yogurt, Almond Milk with 5x protein, lentils, eggs, Amazing Meal by Amazing Grass (vegan protein/greens mix), cheese...that's usually what I use outside of the normal meats and fish.

Dry roasted edamame on most days. 14g protein per 30g (1/4 cup) of edamame and it tastes good.

I tried brown rice and whey protein powder, but they didn't work for me.

For me it's tuna, chicken, and greek yogurt. Along with protein powder.
