Yogurt, Almond Milk with 5x protein, lentils, eggs, Amazing Meal by Amazing Grass (vegan protein/greens mix), cheese...that's usually what I use outside of the normal meats and fish.0

Dry roasted edamame on most days. 14g protein per 30g (1/4 cup) of edamame and it tastes good.
