I am setting my weight loss goal a little above 5 pounds because I REALLY want to be out of the 170s before my boyfriend gets leave in August
As for workouts, I just finished week 3 of Insanity... so I will be doing the torturous month 2 soon Hopefully that helps me shed the weight quicker0 -

Missed my June goal of 220 which was a bit aggressive anyway-- I did lose 4.8 lbs. New Goal for this month is 220. Up a pound due to yesterday being the 4th. Should be able to recover it in pretty short order.0 -

I have been struggling a lot lately with over eating. It seems like I feel that if I don't eat as much as I can, it's going to disappear! This hasn't always been the case though. I started to be weight conscious in Feb 2012.. I watched my portions and started do Jillian workouts 5, 6 or 7 days a week. I did this for a while and got insanely good at watching portions, counting calories and saying no to everything bad for me. I ended losing 38 pounds and was almost to my goal weight, at the time, just 3 pounds away. I started school again in Jan 2013 and it's been downhill from there. With all the added stress and time being consumed by homework, studying and work, I felt like I had no control. I started stress eating and my workouts went out the window.. I gained back 10 pounds quickly. Since then, I gained an additional 8 pounds and haven't been able to find that girl who knew how to get things done. I've upped my ultimate goal weight by 10 pounds, so now I'm looking to lose my last 10 and build a healthier lifestyle. I want to do this by counting cals, watching portion sizes, eat less, move more and workout at least 4-5 times a week for starters. I know I can do it. I've done it before. I need to find that inner strength again. Here's to JULY!
