I asked the same question a while ago. Although I usually weigh my food, with canned beans I just use a half cup serving minus the liquid and log the 110-120 calories depending on brand. Probably not perfectly accurate but it's as close as I've been able to get.

string cheese and a granny smith apple( one of my favorites) Mini cucumbers,carrots,and hummus, 100 calorie nuts, peanut butter on whole grain bread, I love the Chobani low sugar yogurts I sometimes add berries to it and it's delicious!

An hour yoga flow class and a brisk 5 mile walk

just finished a bowl of steel cut oats with a half a banana, a drizzle of maple syrup ,crushed walnuts, and a splash of skim milk True it does keep me full for hours and just about 400 calories

Breakfast a banana and a cup of coffee Lunch avocado and egg on toast and a mouthful of sweet potato pie Dinner Chicken breast, roasted carrots and potatoes, and steamed broccoli Snacks Fiber one brownie bar and a fudge pop

LOL this was after weighing. I just types tbsp instead of grams cause I didn't have the jaw in front of me and I can't remember how many grams in a serving
