Made this for supper tonight! My husband had his on Doritos topped with shredded cheese and heated in the oven.....I had mine on a Joseph's pita pocket(rolled up to make a wrap).One serving was plenty to make two wraps for me.I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

My suggestion would be to stay away from "diet" foods......they are usually higher in carbs.Instead, go with the full fat version of things like ranch dressing,cream cheese,etc......there's already been a lot of great suggestions!

Don't over think it.........just find what works for you and something that you can stick with.......you can get overwhelmed with all the advice here......everyone is different.

Sunday dinner is usually at my Mom & Dad's,so I tend to make better choices.....today was venison,beef and green beans(I do low carb.)......we don't usually have a dessert available....my Dad is a diabetic.

Thanks for sharing...it's makes me feel better about my decision to go low carb.........cutting out sugar and white flour has helped me tremendously with my cravings for sweets,and that was my objective from the beginning.

I've used it before.....works great with a spice or carrot cake mix.

I use the vanilla.....add a cup of low carb. chocolate milk,a pack of instant coffee,Torani sugar-free hazelnut flavoring syrup,some crushed ice in a blender and I am in heaven.........think that's what I'll have for lunch today!
