  • You know what Becca, you're right.. Have been wearing leggings more than usual and become a little lax with hair removal and so no doubt there would be some regrowth! :flowerforyou: That makes a lot more sense than STDs, lice and ebola haha Glad I am not the only one with legs shaped like that, and yes my bf does find it…
  • Ah yes antihistamines, hope they help! Anything to stop the itch. Thanks!
  • Sound advice, thanks guys.
  • From those, an allergy is most likely then, although I doubt it is that, for I have had the same itching all around my legs, and on my stomach.. sometimes on my back. I think I'd notice if I'd had lice -_- And I do work out, and my itch is not isolated to being at work. slh3101, does this itch only come up during exercise?…
  • When I say lump of fat.. I am refering to the shape of my thigh. It's an odd shape. Random google image to explain: http://www.silhouettone.com/fckuploads/images/equipment/lumicell-wave-4/en/case-studies/Arietta_ENG.jpg You see where the fat touches with a little gap under the groin.. I mean those bits/lumps. Sorry if my…
  • Thank you! :flowerforyou: I shall try stretching the area more.. Very helpful info
  • That's a good suggestion, but it's the precise location of the itch that makes me doubt this. Eurgh I want to rip the fat off!! :explode:
  • Doubt it's an STD, thanks. I get similar itching on my stomach from time to time it's just not as bad as this. I also get it all around my thighs if I give in to the itch and go on a kind of frenzy  There is no rash, nothing on the skin, no boils/spots. It's itchy from within o_O I do have cellulite there if that…
  • Agreed. I was diagnosed with PCOS, I lost 20kg and am a normal weight now. All of my 'symptoms' have gone minus the unsightly body hairs, but I can deal with that. I didn't feel it was any harder to lose the weight and I certainly didn't pay attention to my carb intake. You can do it! :flowerforyou:
  • :flowerforyou: Incredible transformation! Beautiful in all pictures BTW, how tall are you? :)
  • Ok, I did not say it's called maximum intensity interval training -_- Tell us your definition of HIIT then? I'll just add: my point is that if you are able to continue for 45 minutes, your 'more intense' interval is probably not that intense or 'high'. Now the definition of high is subjective; I am going on the literature…
  • 45 minutes is not HIIT. Maximum time is approximately 15 minutes, if you are able to continue for longer then it's not high intensity, it's just alternating intensities, lol. Meaning you are not at full intensity during the 'intense' bita. I do, 3 minute warm up.. then 15 seconds blasting and 45 seconds at a normal pace…
  • You look so happy and beautiful!
  • Losing friends Being cold Being inbetween two sizes! That awkard bit where different parts of your body are losing at different rates, making you look very odd indeed.. so having to dress for a changing shape My boyfriend clutching my sides and frowning at me in silence Looking like an idiot in front of people regarding…
  • Could be your body making you crave things higher in calorie content to make up for the calorie deficit as it does like to protect itself and maintain some sort of balance :)
  • bahahaha burst out laughing mid yawn!
  • That is one INCREDIBLE transformation! Keep up the great work :)

  • 6 week 6 pac - Jillian Michael :D
  • They are only a month or so old.. I'd hope it wasn't the batteries! :(
  • YOU are AMAZING!!!
  • Quick update.. My intentional act of violence towards my digital scales seems to have done the trick!!! It works: stood on it 5 times, and had the same reading 5 times. Lesson: If it's not working, try giving it a good knock/drop?
  • Thanks Janelle!! Unfortunately, I got quite cross with my scales and 'accidentally' quite violently 'dropped' them down the back of my bed.. To banish them from my life!  I am going to stick to once a week, either at my local drug store or when I visit my parents (who have an old fashioned spinny one).
  • Londoner! Feel free to add
  • Oh no, they 'lock' each time on a different reading, each reading with upto 6lbs in difference.. I do turn it on and off to see if that makes a difference. E.g. reading 1: 149 Reading 2: 146 Reading 3: 150 ... etc But in a way you are right too, that even before it 'locks' onto a reading, it flicks quite high up and down.…
  • Hehe, made me giggle! True though. :blushing:
  • Did it.. I did 'lose' the total inches the pack claimed you would lose (Sanctuary Spa Clay Body Wrap).. For about a day. Just water weight I assume. Nice to do before you have a special event or something, but not a weight loss tool.
  • I can't really give you personal advice/opinions, but I really found this website so so helpul: http://www.something-fishy.org/ (Especially the 'prevention & causes' bit on the left hand side, really hit me emotionally but helped me understand!) Hope it can be some form of additional help, sorry if it's not what you're…
  • Sounds like motivation to me, good for you! Nothing wrong with that at all.. It's the bit about not 'being good enough' that I'd try and explore.
