Had to get my hip reconstructed a couple months ago and am still working on being able to walk without hobbling and controlling the muscles in my leg. Same here!! I'm a 38DDD and I feel like they're throwing my shape out of proportion. Really hoping to lose a couple sizes. Also might try measuring myself.

Started practicing intuitive eating, and now I'm finally starting to be able to control my binging habits!! Now, instead of the usual pint of ice cream I get every Friday night, I had a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows instead. :happy:

I kind of scrunch up my core and then push myself up from there. I guess just focus more on getting your shoulder blades off the ground, not your whole back?? Um, yeah. It's really hard to explain without being able to actually demonstrate. @_@ Sorry~ ETA: If you go to a gym, maybe ask an employee or a trainer for tips?

This! Might get a lift once I get older, but for now I'm actually considering getting a reduction because they kind of throw my shape out of proportion x_x. Depends on where I'm at once I reach my goal.
