More often than not, people who post stuff like that are extremely insecure and trying to drag as many people as they can down with them. Or they're just rude need a good punch in the face. Either way, try not to let it get to you :(

I go to Planet Fitness, too! Not sure if they have the same stuff at your location, but I usually use the elliptical for cardio, and then do the 30 minute circut training area.

If I go over my goal by a lot, I'll divide it up and subtract calories from the next few days. ex: if I go over by 400, I'll only eat 1700 the next four days instead of 1800.

Hey! I'm a 23 year old working student, and I need to lose about 66 lbs to get to my suggested goal. Basically, I picked up some really bad binging habits at a young age, and the rest is history. ^^' Trying to get a little more control over my food choices, as well as work out more often.
