So I was looking in the mirror this AM getting dressed and I notice that since I have been working out regularly my backside is now totally lifted and round. XD This pleases me inordinately much.

    Prinny, here is my usual workout routine (squats I do only occasionally because my knees are FUBAR.) 30 min elliptical, 20 min weights and then planks and weighted pelvic lifts, 30 min stationary bike, stretch and go home.
