I made homemade spaghetti sauce that I slow cooked for pretty much 36 hours... Sorry for the delayed reply.. But thank you!! My husband is quickly learning the amount of salt already in foods.. Many of the things he has been eating or snacking on, is more than his daily limit now!!! I would go with the 20 cals/ounce as a guideline.. I'm not sure I would eat an additional 1600 calories... ;-) But use that as a base.. You can also tell about how your milk looks.. Clearer blue milk doesn't have the fat and calories of whiter thicker milk.. So if it's looking a little on the weak side.. Up those…

Thanks everybody.. I am seeing several doctors and go to PT twice a week.... My only Dr restrictions are a weight lifting limit of 20lbs and anything that causes increased sciatic pain. Thanks for all the comments!

I'm making this tomorrow.. I have chicken thighs, so won't be quite as healthy.. But still sounds good! I do the Russian dressing mixed with dried onion soup mix over chicken and bake.. But I'm pretty sure it's not as good for you as this!

I did my 200 in the pool... kept my arms moving in the water for the resistance.. then I leisurely swam for 90 minutes but only logged 60... don't want to be counting too many burned calories. :-)

My absolute fave is one egg, two egg whites, saute some chopped onion in a non stick skillet with a little bit of Pam.. then place them in the omelet with some mozzarella cheese (block) and fresh spinach! yum!

Ok.. So after taking a 3 month long hiatus.. UGH!!! I am back at trying to be motivated again.. I gained 8lbs.. (Talk about depressing.. having to enter that into MFP) I did Day one of Level one yesterday.. Anybody out there up for trying this with me?? I'm hoping I can make it.. I make these all the time and keep them in the freezer... I use sugar free Hershey's.. I just do a small drop... and then swirl it around with a tooth pic to give it a marble look... YUM!!!
