Yesterday was a bit of a challenge carb-wise because I was so tired, and my willpower to resist the candies was nil. Still, I ended the day only 1 mg over on the carb side!
Push-ups done for the day, along with another 25 mins intervals on the treadmill and some machine and freeweights. Good stuff.
Just finished a fruit-filled breakfast. I love fresh mango!

LOL, only because my husband showed me 2 different types of modified push ups. Im doing 3 sets of 25 wide arm push ups & 3 sets of 10 "diamond" type push ups (these are hard).0 -

20 push ups was hard today after doing 30 yesterday and a full kettlebell workout today. I did 1 set of 10, the 2 sets of 5 about 45 minutes apart and I didn't think I was going to make it on the last one (but as JM always says, it's the last one that counts). I'm going to try doing some push-ups earlier int he day tomorrow so I can spread them out over the day if I need to. I have a feeling tomorrow's going to be harder than today0 -
