    I'm in! This will be a good challenge not in the least because I am heading to Savannah for a long weekend on Thursday -- so the weekend will be tough with eating out (not that I'm planning on failure, mind you!). :wink:

    The other challenge is that the Easter candy is all over the place in the office -- sugar/empty calories are hard to avoid now, but I'm taking it one mouthful at a time.

    I've already hit the gym this morning (I'm an am kinda gal), got in 25 mins on the elliptical, and another 10 on the treadmill for a quick run. Just did 20 pushups (full plank, though not nose to the floor... heh) here in my office! Will post again at day's end or tomorrow am with an update.

    Thanks again for posting these!!! I'm in too. Doing JM Ripped in 30 3 days/week since I finished it last week. I'm interested to see how many push-up we do in a workout. Sticking with the week 4 workout for now and she does a few different push-ups :bigsmile:

    I'm so scared for the carb count! But in the attitude of Shawnalee... I WILL do this!

    If anyone has wrist issues like me, I sometimes do push ups like this:

    This is great! Although you should know that Thursday is a carb load day and WILL be WAY high haha..... Everyother day WILL be great! It WILL! I am determined!!! I am 1.7 lbs from my next goal... which was hoping to shoot for by Sunday!! EEK! :)

    15 push ups from my knees, 5 regular...going to try to even out that ratio throughout the week

    As a side note, now that I've been doing these challenges for a few weeks, I feel like I know the people that always post on here, and thinking of you guys helps me make better choices thoughout the day as far as my food goes...guess its an accountability thing...so thanks!!:happy:

    Note: I've only done 9 push ups so far, but I'm about to go do 11 more, so I don't end up doing 100 on the last day, like the lunges... Mainly because I wouldn't.

    Caitlin, same goes for you! It is really great to have a supportive group of pals to check in with. I have been slackin big time (slackin for me at least) the last couple weeks with the move and now things are NORMAL, all settled in. Get on me if I start slackin again.... tips on when and what i could do, anytime! ;)

    Going to shoot for 10-15 regular pushups a day for the remainder of the week. The high reps were part of my circuits today.... no more within my circuits this week so I will do it in addition to my circuits. :-D
