I'm in! This will be a good challenge not in the least because I am heading to Savannah for a long weekend on Thursday -- so the weekend will be tough with eating out (not that I'm planning on failure, mind you!).
The other challenge is that the Easter candy is all over the place in the office -- sugar/empty calories are hard to avoid now, but I'm taking it one mouthful at a time.
I've already hit the gym this morning (I'm an am kinda gal), got in 25 mins on the elliptical, and another 10 on the treadmill for a quick run. Just did 20 pushups (full plank, though not nose to the floor... heh) here in my office! Will post again at day's end or tomorrow am with an update.

Thanks again for posting these!!! I'm in too. Doing JM Ripped in 30 3 days/week since I finished it last week. I'm interested to see how many push-up we do in a workout. Sticking with the week 4 workout for now and she does a few different push-ups :bigsmile:0

I'm so scared for the carb count! But in the attitude of Shawnalee... I WILL do this!
If anyone has wrist issues like me, I sometimes do push ups like this:

15 push ups from my knees, 5 regular...going to try to even out that ratio throughout the week
As a side note, now that I've been doing these challenges for a few weeks, I feel like I know the people that always post on here, and thinking of you guys helps me make better choices thoughout the day as far as my food goes...guess its an accountability thing...so thanks!!:happy:0 -

I have been slackin big time (slackin for me at least) the last couple weeks with the move and now things are NORMAL, all settled in.
