    Ok well Sunday was a bad day for me. My twins 3rd Birthday party, I did no exercise and logged nothing :( No idea if I was under carbs or not but probably not as I picked at all the Party goodies all day. Now all I have to do is resist the leftovers!!

    DO we know what next week's challenge is yet? :-D I am finishing up my pushups now....
    I just did my ChaLean Self evaluation... some went better than I thought it would and some .... I am looking forward to the improvement!

    MON – Push-Ups: 60 (knees-3sets of 20) ~ Under Carbs: Yup! :-D
    TUE – Push-Ups: 15 (full plank in 2 sets) ~ Under Carbs: Yes!
    WED – Push-Ups: 00 ~ Under Carbs: Yup!!
    THU – Push-Ups: 10 ~ Under Carbs: NOT even close haha But it was carb load day!
    FRI – Push-Ups: 00 ~ Under Carbs: Yes!
    SAT – Push-Ups: 15 ~ Under Carbs: Yes and No
    SUN – Push-Ups: 40 (12 full, 28 knees)~ Under Carbs: no! Jeremy's dinner was amazingly deliciously high in carbs haha & fat!

    Total Push-Ups: 140/140
    Total Days Under Carbs: 5/7
    Well!!! I got the push ups!!! Carbs.... Ok. Only one of the high days was not planned, so, not bad. I wonder what's next!!!
