    I've been a bit behind... working on making up my push-ups the last couple days... Carbs not so good... :(

    Wed. 50 Push-ups
    Thursday: 55 Push-Ups...so far, might do another set before climbing into bed. They wear me out and I tend to sleep better doing planks and pushups!

    Ok so its only the afternoon here but I have already burnt a truckload of calories so I'm pretty sure I will be under my carbs for the day. I did 20 pushups this morning before I went to the gym - 10 regular and 10 on knees. Did a Body Attack class and did at least another 20, probably much more but I lost track, all I know was there was sweat dripping off me so I know it was a few, and even though they were on knees, the instructor made us hold the push up as we went down, man that hurts :smile:

    Even though I haven't been keeping up with the push ups, yesterday was a big victory for me with the carbs! I literally had NONE left, and then remembered to log some of my walking, which gave me a little more room, but I resisted the urge to snack on more. :bigsmile:
