With the moving of the garage (FINALLY DONE WITH ALL OF EVERYTHING) I was soo busy running around and loading and unloading. And to top it off I think I pulled something in my neck or my trap.... it is soo tight all the way from my right upper neck to my left shoulder blade.I am going to go straight to bed as soon as Jeremy leaves for work. For as many lunges I get in on a NORMAL week, i sucked this week! hahah Sounds like an excuse, but my girls night was a pretty awesome excuse
