With the moving of the garage (FINALLY DONE WITH ALL OF EVERYTHING) I was soo busy running around and loading and unloading. And to top it off I think I pulled something in my neck or my trap.... it is soo tight all the way from my right upper neck to my left shoulder blade. I am going to go straight to bed as soon as Jeremy leaves for work. For as many lunges I get in on a NORMAL week, i sucked this week! hahah Sounds like an excuse, but my girls night was a pretty awesome excuse
