OMG!!! I wish someone had told me what a lunge was.....ouch! The last time I saw my left kneecap, it had popped out, ricocheted off the door and bounced into the kitchen...I hope nobody was hurt. I'm reducing my calorie goal by 200 to increase that part of the challenge, because I'm not sure I'm going to be able to complete the other part...sorry.0 -

I dropped from 1800 to 1600...its just for a week, so I don't think it would be unhealthy. I'll bump it back up after this.
Thanks for the advice...yeah, anything close to 90 degrees and I just continue to hit the floor. But I think I will work on some modifications and see what I can manage. Joints are a problem...balance an even bigger problem. But thanks.0
