This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete a total of 210 Lunges (105 each leg) this week. That’s an average of 30 Lunges (15 each leg) a Day ~does not have to be consecutive

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Stay Under Your Calorie Goal __________________________________________________________________________________________

    Ahhh I hate lunges!! Haha but I will do them...if only it was squats, I LOVE those! :laugh:

    And the calorie goal is definitely what I need to stay on track, this week will be a good one for me I hope!

    THIS I can do! Ha Ha Especially now that I am settled in at the new place :-D I highly recommend walking lunges.... most effective! ;) I love love love lunging ;)

    yay! i found you guys! I'm going to do walking lunges from the front door to the back door and back everyday. I will accurately log all my food and make sure that I stay under. I am going to try to eat back some (not all) of my exercise calories this week.
    Well I'm off to do my lunges. Thanks for the challenge.

    I am loving this!!! Got the girls at work motivated too.. Our respiratory therapist is threatening to take our picture!!! Haha!!!!

    Since I am at work, and in 45 minutes it will be another day.. I am hoping to be able to get another 60 in.. But I gotta go jog some stairs for a few minutes so we will see how I feel after that!! haha!! (Not to mention the presses I do against the sink counter, or working my tri's by using the chair in my patient's room!!! (They are preemies, and don't know what their crazy nurse is doing in the corner!!! haha

    Thank You for the welcome! I just started using mfp and I love it! So easy to log!
    I couldn't remember how many lunges exactly; so I led my 7 y/o, 4 y/o, 3 y/o, and 1 .5 y/o on a walking lunge trek...30 per leg.
    Ouch! Hurt so good.
    (the two little ones are not mine)

    Yay our group is getting bigger! No lunges for me today, as I desperately needed a nap. But I was under calories! :) I will log tonight with tomorrow...night all! Keep up the great work!!
