I vote we up it to 20 a day average. That way everyone can do it in sets of 5 or 10. although 15 is fine too. But I think everyone could do 20 a day, even on their knees...totally do able! Either one!
They especially can do more, if they are wall or counter push ups! You guys are tough!!
I am up to 10 regular at once!!! So I will be pushing that for sure and making myself do most of them that way, if possible...eek! Actually, I am skeptical! Lol0 -

sooo wanted to climb into another glass of wine, but opted not to so i could stay under my calorie goal..tough, but totally worth it now that i'm in bed and feel like i made a better choice for my self
sometimes the best help is the reminder to treat yourself right, and a community like this can provide such wonderful motivation.

Awesome!!! Let me know how they go. it's been a whole since I have done them, myself. But I just got to them in my circuit training program....should be fun. LOVE this challenge...I probably would have gone over my calories today, but I reconsidered what I wanted to eat, thinking of how I wanted to post that I was under and not over...though the goal is always to be under calories, this has made me 100x more accountable...hopefully it is a jump start to stay on track next week!!

WHOA BABY, I wish I had seen this on Monday, but since I employ the "it's never too late" mentality I'm in !!! And I even see some people I know from other challenges (one of which I am running along with some other gals). I LOVE lunges, I know I sound like a psychopath, but I really do. I have strong legs, so it's one of the things that I can do that doesn't make me feel like I'm going to puke or die (next week's push up challenge will be another story, but I recently moved up to full plank pushups, so that challenge will be coming at just the right time). To the best of my knowledge, here's how I have done thus far this week (without even having known what the challenge was):
MON – Lunges: 0 ~ Under Calories: Yes (by 200!) a ton of squats, but no lunges
TUE – Lunges: 60 ~ Under Calories: Yes forward
WED – Lunges: 0 ~ Under Calories: Yes (by a mere 3 cals) did about 30 squats, tho
THU – Lunges: 120 ~ Under Calories: Yes via 30 day shred (front and back) and Fit TV Gilad workout
FRI – Lunges: ## ~ Under Calories: Y/N?
SAT – Lunges: ## ~ Under Calories: Y/N?

Hey guys!
Tomorrow is my carb load day so my calories are SUPER high.... This is planned and guided by my personal trainer. the macos I have been suggested are 250-400g carbs, 150g protein and lower fat.... so.... I won't be meeting my calorie intake tomorrow lol
Just an FYI.
I may not log EVERYTHING tomorrrow- but most of it i will. I will be staying in Seattle tomorrow night with 2 of my best childhood girl friends(one since birth, the other since 5yrs old)! One of them is a plus size model in NY and she had the idea of having a sleep over like the good ol days while she is home! So the 3 of us are staying at Hotel 1000 and going out to dinner with some wine and snacks for additional fun. And, in the AM we are getting PEDI's at the spa! This will be so relaxing and will full-fill the much needed quality time for the group (without the guys)! I love these girls and I am really looking forward to this!0 -
