    How is it that everything I eat turns out to have 24 carbs? Cereal, tortilla, 2 cookies, yogurt... That's freaking me out.

    The second you drop the white carbs and any carbs filled with sugar it won't be so hard. Also, I avoid complex carbs (rice grains cereal, pasta) after 3 pm.... Keepin it primarily fibrous carbs like veggies around dinner time, not slowing excess carbs for storage but only access to nutrient dense carbs like veggies. :) its tricky, but worth it! Yogurt mostly has high carb when it's a low fat flavor...its interesting. Dairy naturally had carbs but is best to avoid the sugary kind. Sugar is not a natural fuel for the body like protein or healthy fat, sugar is...sugar. ;) not so easy I.know!
