    I would love to join. I gained more than 4 lbs over the holidays so I need to kick it in gear.

    My goal this year is to reach 165 lbs by June 1. At that time I will reevaluate and decide if I need to lose more. I have been doing very well on my exercise program and so I will continue with that. I also have the goal of running 1 mile then training to participate in a 5k.

    Total weight lost: I've lost 32 pounds in 6 months and I am starting to notice it now but realize I still have a ways to go.

    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I want to be at a comfortable and maintainable weight where I feel good about myself. Usually I'm pretty happy around 115 since I have such a small frame. I also want to hopefully save enough to buy a house this year :)

    GOALS: My work is doing a 15/15/5, increase PT by 15 PTs, lose 15 lbs, or 5% body fat. I want to win that in March. This summer, I want to be smoking hot in a bikini. Next fall, I want to run the Army 10 miler, and do well, not just finish. Next December, I turn 30, and I want to be happy with my body, healthy, and ready to look at getting pregnant...
