I have the same situation... Except I had 3 more c-sections after the first.. My skin also hangs over my incision... :grumble:

Are you drinking lots of water?, Are you able to work out more? That would be my suggestions... Hopefully others will have more ideas for you.

My favorite TURKEY Burger is by far the Jenni-o patties that are seasoned with onion and garlic... I never had to add anything to them.. D-lish.. but for some reason they have been very hard to come by around here.

I was wondering how the create your own workout works... I have some more calories I need to burn, I think I may just go play with it some more :)
