Wow!!! everyone can't handle eating oreo's and losing weight...moderation isn't easy for everyone...OP good luck on your journey...stay motivated...and if you feel like giving up, just check success stories on this site and youtube to stay motivated

In short....work hard and kill it every time you train...don't give up, stay consistent, weigh and measure your food, calculate your TDEE and subtract 500 calories daily to lose weight...

I..I...I..myself...so on and so forth...she asked a question..you never answered it...as to op's question..If your adding extra workouts then you could eat a little extra..but unfortunately you will never know how much calories you burn weight training..so there is no way to measure it

all that jumping around for no loss...it sucks...I completed 5 weeks of insanity and lost like 5 Ibs...I changed to weight training and moderate cardio and got better results...I got tired of jumping around and everything jiggling..lol

Thanks...same here...I workout in my basement and my ceilings are too low for a power rack...but they do have one that's 72" in height

I was eating at a surplus and gained doing 5x5...no biggie...I just added some cardio...20-30 min of circuit/interval training, cardio and reduced the intensity of stronglifts to 3x5 with the same weight...

are you losing weight?? if so, how much per week? you should start out by eating 1450-1500. With your walking you should be able to lose if your BMR is truley 1400. Your better off starting high because once you stop losing eats easier to cut more cals...hard to cut cals on 1K diet
