I've had this problem before. I was told there was a something in the vitamin I was getting too much of. Seems everyone here is agreeing on iron

I hate that commercial! LoL sadly I love Dr. Pepper though :grumble:

Are you currently on any meds? Some medications can cause this. Depression can also cause your sex drive to go in either direction. Really any major life change can cause your sex drive to go down.

sounds delicious!

You have to just let things like this go over your shoulders sometimes. You're the one making yourself a better person! :flowerforyou: (even though they probably need a lot more work than you do!)

Feel free to add me! I'm currently looking to lose about 80lbs, but I'm pretty sure I'll revise this to lose more once I reach that goal.

Multivitamins always did this to me too, didn't matter what brand. They would make me feel nauseated and sickly after taking them. I take mine right at bedtime now and haven't had any stomach problems due to them lately. Here I thought I was alone on this because I had an ulcer and have a very sensitive stomach. :frown:

I did WW for a few months. Didn't think it was worth paying for at all. The community here is sooo much more friendly, supportive, and active. :drinker:

Hang in there. It gets easier letting them go to school! The worst part for me was when my oldest daughter started she began sobbing and begging me to stay. We have to let them grow their independence though.

First thoughts that go through my mind when I see ANYONE out running is that they must be working hard for their goals and I hope one day I can get myself out there running.

I don't understand how these negative people are making/keeping any friends. I guess they are all just sticking together. I think it's one thing to disagree with someone, and a completely different thing to bash them. People that are here to create negativity and drama needs to take it back to facebook.

Hi Vikki, Glad you found the group  I'm kind of at a stand still with medications right now too.

Hi mommas! I'm a SAHM of 4 kids. I have a very hard time finding time for myself. There are so many ways we can fit healthy activities in to our life. We just have to figure out how to fit them in  Think of starting a group for us?

Nice job! You look like a different person ... much younger!

I think kids who are too sheltered tend to act up more because it's something they "can't" do. I'm not saying I allow my kids to run wild, far from that. I believe they have more of insight on right and wrong. I never wanted to tell my kids the crap load of Santa ... think it's just a big lie were trained to tell our kids.

I'm have border line lupus ... never really understood this, but I have MS too. The best advice I can offer is first talk with your doctors and second take the time to find out what works best for you. Rest when you need to rest.

I have my left Monroe, right cartilage, & both ears twice ( I can never seem to wear earrings in my lobes though, they swell up). Not wanting more piercings as much as I am tattoos.

Have you checked out Leslie Sansone's walking videos? I have arthritis in my back. Her videos are great and most of them show you how to moderate moves to your needs. As for your sweet tooth, I buy the little 100 calorie packs, sugar free jello, & sugar free hard candies are great!

Sent you a FR

Yum! going to have to try these out. Bet the kids will love them.

You look amazing! I can see those abs trying their hardest to come through. Nice work!!

I was called fat a few times by my parents. It totally crushed me too. Neither one of them ever had room to talk. I believe there is a fine line between helping your children stay healthy and degrading them. I get so upset when my husband even tells our youngest (4 years old) that she is getting too chubby. I do everything…

I've had these issues with my husband. I don't think they are trying to keep us fat though. I think they believe they are making us feel better about our weight. I think, they feel like telling us we can still eat whatever we want is telling us they are comfortable the way we are. They are trying to be sweet about the…

I was just doing it manually with the needle. I did get the flu shot last year. The neuro told me that some people just don't adjust to certain meds. The injection site problems are worrying me :embarassed:
