I get the same thing too - it's normal (which I have to 'remind' myself so I'm not discouraged lol). Now I can literally 'feel' when I'm bloated (water weight) in the morning - so I don't bother weighing in (even if it's my scheduled weigh in day) - I wait until I have a morning where I feel 'normal' or 'lighter'.. then I…

I've used both - and honestly I just stick to the MFP method now because I could probably count on one hand how many times I've actually ate BACK my burned cals... -Again you have to find what works for you... My loss has been slow (banner says 3 lbs but that's just been reset the passed month - I lost 25lbs the last year…

Dark chocolate is ok for you - try to get sugarfree if you can - but if you can't the 'darker' the better... it's my 'go to' if I can't get outside and need a little 'pick me up' as I don't drink coffee.

Great - I'll take a look.. I don't have a fitbit or any HRM.. I know, I know I should get one.. budget just can't handle that at the moment.. besides I really rarely eat back any burned cals... Thanks for responding Cc215

Wonderful information!!! Thank you all for your input.. I'm definitely going to check this out and incorporate it into my workout regime.. is there a 'pilates' option on MFP to track burned cals or do you have to input it under another type of cardio, etc?

Where can I find that? How long a session/x per week do you do this? Is it true it doesn't help with weight loss - just strengthening?

Thanks for the info - I actually don't wear my hair in a ponytale very often - and the breakage is only at my 'bangs' area.. the rest of my hair (sides and back) are in perfect condition... weird I know..

quote="missiontofitness;30086950"]Are you getting enough protein? Low protein diets can cause hair to weaken or fall out.[/quote] I've been trying to make sure my protein is anywhere from 80-115g a day.[ It's not really falling out - more like 'breaking'.. it gets to a certain length (which is maybe about 1.5 inches) and…

Amazing transformation!!! So happy for you!!!
-
Hi Suz_ers.. welcome back!! Hate to say this, and don't want to sound rude - but you don't need 'alternate' forms of diets... PLEASE don't waste your money on that.. it may work for a TIME but once you're off all their supplements most ppl gain it all back. Think of this as a LIFECHANGE not a diet because how you train…

Totally amazing!!!! Any tips you found really helped?
-
Absolutely!! I drink lemon juice and stevia in my water bottles and count that as water intake as well. It's the only way I can get ALOT of water in me lol. FYI a water bottle is 160z which equals 2 GLASSES OF WATER I found out... so each water bottle counts as 2 SERVINGS OF WATER.... If I've been 'misinformed' someone let…
